During your time at the Academy some optional excursions are arranged. In recent
seasons, these have included trips to watch live football matches, cinema trips,
swimming, paint balling, team building, shopping, gyms, and many other forms of
entertainment. All of these excursions are fully supervised by Clemdave Academy staff.
Clemdave International Football Academy is set-up for players to stay for seven days of
the week however if they wish players are allowed to leave the academy at weekends
with parental consent providing they return by a Sunday evening.
The sole reason for the existence of Clemdave International Football Academy is to
develop and nature the skills of our players right from when they join the academy. In
addition to the friendly matches we organize with our neighboring clubs, the local and
regional tournaments that we sign them up for, we also expose them to a more
competitive arena by participating in Soccer Pro-Training Camps and Tournaments in
Europe and other countries.
This is a League for the player’s Soccer Development. All the players in the academy
from both schools based and Saturday training program are grouped based on their
age and playing abilities. Teams are formed and play against each other to win trophies,
medals and individual awards for the outstanding players. It’s played every season thus
players are able to better themselves so as to either defend their trophies or win the
trophies from the current holders.
School Based Training Program
Training take place once/twice a week; each training session takes about 1 hour, depending on the age group. Our coaches are available on Monday through Friday. Parents are advised to register for school based soccer coaching and Saturday which offers more prolonged training.

The coaches develop self-confidence and self-esteem through encouragement and positive reinforcement. All children are catered for, from the absolute beginner to the more experienced players. Training sessions are structured to coincide with school terms and run for 10 – 12 weeks. The courses are normally split in age groups, with each group session lasting for about 2 to 3 hours as indicated in our training curriculum.
